Aloe You Vera Much

Aloe Vera

One plant that is so discernible to everyone would be the aloe plant. Everyone knows what it looks like, most people have it growing in their garden or in a pot kept around the house. But only some know of the plethora of benefits that this amazing plant has. Before working at the store, I kept a little aloe plant in the window of my home back in Florida, specifically for sun burns and cut’s. That’s all I ever really thought it was good for. Now working at the store I’m always learning something new, and this week I dove into Aloe.

Aloe Vera, had been used for so long, that the Egyptians used to call it the ‘Plant of Immortality’ and the Native America’s called it the ‘Wand of Heaven’ and with all the benefits this plant offers I’m going to have to agree with them. Aloe Vera have over 200 Biologically active, naturally occurring compounds. It provides 20 of the 22-human required Amino Acids and 7 of the 8 essential amino acids.

It contains vitamins, A, C, E, B1, B2, B3, B6, and Choline which is good for brain development, liver function and so much more. Aloe Vera also contains the Enzymes, but the best one I think is, Bradykinase which helps to reduce inflammation when applied to the skin topically, while others help in the breakdown of sugars and fats. Good for that diet from our New Year’s resolution.

It also provides calcium, chromium, copper, selenium, magnesium, manganese, potassium, sodium and zinc. They are essential for a healthy metabolism. It’s antiviral, antibacterial and anti-fungal, and that’s just what it does for the inside, we all know Aloe Vera is good for cut’s, burns, scraps, it helps hair growth when used on the scalp. This is only a few thing’s that Aloe Vera is good for, stop by the store and we can talk more about the benefits of this beautiful plant.

At Everything Natural we sell Aloe is all form’s and all sizes from 100% Aloe Vera Juice in 1 gallon, half gallon, 16oz and 8oz. We also have capsules and it’s growing in the window of Everything Natural now.
